I'll definitely have a look at your other videos as I love the potential for lighting magic using the gels, but need to see them in action first so I can better visualize. Nice I have a Godox AD100 pro & Godox AD 200 pro I use them in 2 soft box ( neewer 24’’) My question is Even though I try to balance the power, there is always mild shadow observed.. Is it because of the difference in the power rating or due to my poor balance of light power ..

No problems with the tt685ii godox. Just did what she did-- give it a good pull and it went right over..then a little bit of adjusting. 20 seconds. I am surprised by the gaps of the mods.. guess it doesn't matter since the light goes "forward" out of the flash..

Love the shot! Thanks for the creative setup. I have two questions: Can you combine both lights behind her, i.e., put the gel and the Magbeam on the same flash unit. Would that work? Also is there another way to light up Kiara?

I love doing this. I have done jobs where the there is a party with dancing but the lighting is really really bad and its not very dark in there either. This set up can make a really non atmospheric party look like a great party. It can be tricky not allowing other flashlights to affect the coloured projection onto the back wall (when you have multiple moving subjects and no room for an octabox with grid!!) Thanks Pye for another great tutorial. I've learned huge amounts from you over the years.
